A dark, worn and cramped Victorian estate cottage is totally remodelled and extended over three floors, with spacious split level open plan living at its heart.
It's designed to be flexible in use - as friendly or secluded as
desired. And sensitive levels of lighting throughout create diverse moods, depending on season and time of day. The palette is deliberately neutral, soothing and restful - making it easy to relax.
The result is a fine example of renovating to create more light, improved flow and far greater sociability.
